Are hotel and airfare included?

No. Hotel accommodations and airfare are not included and are the responsibility of each attendee.

Will parking be available at the event venues?

Public parking is available on-site and/or near each venue. All parking fees are the responsibility of attendees.

Will food and beverage be provided during the event?

Light bites and beverages will be provided. Each venue may vary slightly, so we’ll provide additional details with your registration confirmation.

What if I have special dietary requirements that include religious preferences or severe allergic food reactions?
